We have lived here for 2 years in a 2B2B, and we never get tired of the amazing views! And there's so much natural light in this place! The apartments have been remodeled with nice, modern finishes. The fitness room is so convenient, and the patio is great for grilling out or sun-bathing. We've only had a few issues, and maintenance/management have been very responsive and helpful. Parking has also been a huge perk!

Stayed here for around 3 years. First in their 2B2B and then their 3B2B. The units are beautiful and renovated with amazing views of the lake. I don’t think you’ll be able to top these views/apt layout at this price point. Everything is also automated through an app including maintenance, rent etc and it’s all seamless. Security cameras across all the shared spaces/lounge garage and all access points. Super safe building with privacy. The high rise itself is old but we haven’t really had any issues and even the maintenance crew here is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about Pierre, we’ve stayed in this building so long because the maintenance is a breeze. Pierre is super professional, nice and always helpful with anything you need. I can’t remember a single time when I’ve had to wait more than a day or two to get things fixed and even if it took longer it was because they needed to order parts or things were tough to get a hold of during COVID. The management team is also fantastic, Rachel and Brody are super professional and always helpful. I had to move out of state and the only reason I left. Even my move out was stress free thanks to Rachel and Brody and they were very accommodating of my timeline. The place itself is in a great location with lot of restaurants, groceries, Buses downtown and the subway right down the street. Andersonville is super close and a nice 15-20 min walk with fantastic shops and food. Magnificent mile is a 10 min drive thanks to LSD.

Residents will pay a monthly utility package fee which includes heat, water, trash, sewer, and internet in addition to rent. Studios $60/month, 1 Beds $70/month, 2 Beds $80/month, and 3 Beds $85/month. Residents will also be responsible for electricity and cable.
We offer reserved parking for $250/month in our indoor parking garage. Non-reserved outdoor parking is available in an alley west of the building for $185/month.
The Bryn is a pet friendly community. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee per dog and pet rent is $50/month. Limit 2 pets per apartment. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
