I was extremely disappointed in the front desk receptionist. She was very rude and unpleasant. I was not aware there was a co -pay for hospital follow up and wanted to check with my insurance. I had not had one at any of my other follow up visits. She almost had a melt down. Huffing & puffing about rescheduling my appointment & that they are private practice. Im like relax its ok I see your day has started fried but please use tact. The customer service job is not for everyone. This is a beautiful office but she just totally made them look bad.
