Positive: Truly a great experiance.Front desk was extremely accommodating and helpful!All areas were clean and well maintained.Real nice pool area,and an AWESOME Breakfast. My new hotel when visiting family in the area several times a year. Negative: Only suggestion I can give is to keep breakfast open till 11:00 on Sundays.Many guests are in area for affairs on Saturday night,and sleep a little later Sunday mornings.

Hotel was dirty, there was a water leak from the lobby ceiling which was collected in dirty mop buckets during our entire 5 day stay. The gym was unkempt and equipment was not in working order. The rooms had stains on our bed sheets upon check in and the staff allowed children to run through the hallways after quiet hours. The hotel has said they will do nothing in regards to compensation. On our last day the water to our rooms were cut off without warning due to repairs being done on their water lines. When expressing that we would now have to travel to the airport without being able to clean or use facilities we were told it's our checkout day therefore it shouldn't matter to us. First bad experience at a Hilton property.

This place is nice and clean. Staff is very nice and accommodating however the towels need to be upgraded and the pool heater needs to be fixed, pool was cold otherwise very good overall. Good price too.

Positive: Checking out and leaving. I appreciated the late checkout since I got zero sleep due to: the work crew staying there being loud, the yelling/screaming/fights not being stopped & the angry s3x someone was having. Negative: How they handled the problems. The entire 3rd floor reeked of cannabis and nothing was done until morning. The public areas were dirty & the AC/heaters were loud. Disrepair is the one thing consistent there. I will not be booking this location again.
