Had a screw in my tire. Went here and asked if they could plug it and they took us right there with no appointment. Dre (hope I got that right) was very nice and explained it might take a little while as they were working on other things. Very friendly they got they got car in and out quicker than they said. Recommend going to see him and the team. Thank you guys.

Best service ever. All the staffs were very courteous and friendly. Got my inspection done in record time without an appointment, and gave me a good recommendation for my tires without any pressure. I will definitely be back here to get my new tires, and I absolutely recommend this Mavis to everyone. Even the waiting area is very spacious and relaxing.

Excellent customer service from Jake especially. If he's not in a management position, he should be! The entire crew never stopped working for a second the whole time I was there. My guess is they're short staffed, but they worked non-stop through a parking lot full of customers. Pricing is also way better than what I'm used to. Found my new place and 100% would recommend.

The customer service was outstanding. We were in the middle of a long drive home from vacation when we found ourselves with a serious tire problem. We found them on Google and called shortly before closing. They told us to come in and took care of us even though they were late leaving on a Friday night. Absolutely the most professional, customer-oriented business we have ever encountered. Can’t thank them enough!
