It's a nightmare for phone assistance. Card payment at gantry is not working ( if you happen to have issues with QR code) and you have to literally ask all the cars behind you to reverse down the slope. Crazy and dangerous!!!

One of the best parking spots in Chicago. The staff is amazing. Always very helpful. I would give it a 10 star if i could. THE BESTTTT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Don’t listen to negative comments they probably didn’t get what they wanted ! :)

If I could give this garage ZERO STARS I would!! The machine had an error and I was stuck in the garage for an hour because the poorly trained ill mannered parking attendant was too lazy to do her job!!! She needs to be fired because she is clearly incapable of working with customers. GET RID of the attendant on duty 9/4 at 145pm!!!

Used Spot Hero to reserve a space here. Made things very convenient. Just scan your QR code at the gate and find an empty spot. Great location close to downtown and Millennium Park. Price was great too. Just $16 for an entire afternoon. Highly recommended location.
