Searched for elevator exit near handicap spots on third floor and couldn't find one. Ended up going down numerous flights of stairs and several long hallways to get out of the garage. Asked resident leaving the building about getting into garage when returning to get car. Had the same issue. She directed us to the same car entrance we had used. Ended up walking the same confusing hallways and same multi flights of stairs to get back to HANDICAPPED PARKING (recent knee surgery made this quite problematic) no signage to help anywhere on the exterior of the building. Never again. You've been warned. Spot hero should have disclosed the lack of elevator access for handicap parking area.

Paying expensive monthly fees should be reasonable because it suppose to provide you convenience or excellent service. But what I actually got is that I couldn’t find a single spot when I get home. What’s the point to register a monthly pass? Feeling finding a parking spot is longer than I live in the building. Also often waiting for someone to get out the parking lot but there’s only one exit.

The lex building is very nice. The leasing agent was very knowledgeable about the building. He did a excellent job. Very friendly person.
