Depends on how long you are parking and what parking app you use. I have had luck with $10-15 using parkwhiz or spothero. Normally $36 nightly parking
Short answer yes - this is a large public parking lot. But understand this is downtown underground parking lot - there may be height restrictions. But u have seen all kinds of SUVs pried there - large and small
