The center staff are kind, patient, accomplished. I am not the most coordinated person but by their example I know Tai Chi will be a life-long journey for me.

I took a beginners class in February of 2013 and am still practising Tai Chi three or four times a week even though I now live away from Chicago. I gladly became a member after getting to know the voltunteer staff at the center and make special trips to sit in on different classes around the midwest (and in NYC.) I suffer from neuropathy and the set gives me relief from foot pain as well as a stronger sense of well being due to increaded balance and leg strength.

How much is the class? I'm a Senior is there any discount for people like me. I'm very interested in taking this, I'm very energetic and very hyper I need something to relax my mind as well as my body. Please respond. Thank you
