Excellent, professional, honest and reasonable. After seeing google reviews and checking out Home Depot and Lowe's, we thought we would check out Universal's selection. While the selection was not as expansive as I might have thought for a store that specializes just in carpeting, the quality they carry is impressive. We wanted only nylon carpeting, which was limited at the big box stores. Cary was so nice, honest and easy to work with. He was very patient and forthcoming with all our questions. The carpet was in within three weeks of our order as promised and the installers were so good and respectful of our property. I'm so glad I went with Universal and not Home Depot or Lowe's. I love my new carpeting. I recommend going for the premium padding for the extra cost. So nice under my arthritic feet!

We had carpet replaced in two bedrooms in our townhouse and we give Universal Carpet our highest recommendation. Our family had shopped the big box stores first thinking they were going to be the only thing we could afford, but we were pleasantly surprised that Universal Carpet was able to offer a better product for about the same price. My questions were all answered, unlike at the big box stores, because Universal Carpet knows their business well and their customer service from beginning to end was magnificent. Installation was professional and timely. We are very pleased with our experience from start to finish.
