The yarn selection outstanding and the website is so organized and easy to navigate. I recently helped my friend (who is NOT computer literate) order yarn from Wool & Company and cannot express how impressed I am with customer service. There were two user keyboard errors in the order and I was amazed how quickly, politely and professionally the problems were resolved and the yarn was on its way to my friends home. Yes, it used to be in St. Charles but moved further north last spring. It's a fantastic store, much larger than when it was in St. Charles.
The safety of our customers & cast members is our top priority, so we will have the following standards in place: • All cast members & customers will be required to wear a mask upon entering the store • Cast members will be temperature checked each day & carry hand sanitizer with them while working in the store • Customer hand sanitation station at courtyard entry (the front entrance will remain closed) • Social distancing practices • A limited number of customers will be allowed in store at one time in accordance with the state of Illinois guidelines • Directional walkways • Suspension of open knit times & coffee/tea service • We will continue to offer knitting help. Cast members will offer as much verbal guidance as possible & wear sanitized gloves to handle customer knits
