Called to ask about a hit and run case with dash cam footage and the woman on the phone sounded so uneducated and unpleasant. She hung up after we asked for clarification. If you hate your job, just say so. Don't try to make everyone else miserable.

I called to ask a few simple questions. The officer I spoke with was rude and barely gave me a response. You all need to retrain all departments! We’re all going through hard times some compassion would be nice!

I GIVE ZERO STARS...This afternoon I experienced the most unprofessional help from a white shirt and a few officers that was on shift today, then the white shirt was very sarcastic with me...they left me on hold while standing in the police station...just bc I was there for a car collision it wasn’t important enough...I would not TRUST or depend on them very saddened
