Mens fragrance department service is a joke. I asked questions , the answers i recieved was dude cmon. I asked if i could order the scent i wanted online, reply dude cmon are you kidding. My wife was in purchase mode in makeup area. As i wandered to my wife the associate kept following me and looking around stuff at me. As my wife made her purchase the lady asked if we could afford it.... NEVER again will i shop at pennys . And along with this review i will tell everyone about this encounter

The register area is sanitized between each customer. I don't see many places doing that.

Is there a JCPenney in Holland

Not no more

Very disappointed in the level of professionalism this salon has. How can you be a 'Master Stylist' and not do blowouts? I didn't realize blowdrying someone's hair with a round brush without damaging it was asking for a miracle.

They can be a "Master Stylist" in the same way that a paperboy can be a "Media Distribution Officer" or a street sweeper can be a "Highway Environmental Hygienist". The title isn't based in any way on the skill of the worker, but rather gets assigned to them when they start their position. People have a tendency to exaggerate. If they weren't able to do what you asked, it might not have even been the employee's fault; it could just be store policy to not do them. You as a consumer have the option to go wherever you like to get your hair done, and if you weren't happy that they couldn't do it for you, the "questions" section of google maps definitely isnt the place where you're most likely to be heard.
