UPS is one of the worst delivery services in the industry. They don’t pay attention to detail, which warrants calling multiple times to acquire a resolution to your problem. They are lazy, always in a rush to get off work, so they don’t care whether or not you get your package on time. It’s very annoying when you pay for expedited shipping and they hold your package hostage. Then even after the Customer Service Center sends them over a message to respond back to their customers, they wait until it’s too late to fix any issues. The Customer Service Center is helpful, but the employees at local centers are not. I recommend using FedEx. FedEx always solve customer issues and do all they can to make it right, while in contrast, UPS doesn’t. They instead add to the initial issue. Do Better.

Arrived around 4:350pm on 9/13/22 worst customer service that I ever experienced literally no help with anything and attitudes are very nasty especially the black lady with shirt hair find a job that makes you happy word of advice

Yes you can just check to make sure your package has been left there by the driver it all depends on when you got your notice and if the driver has returned off the street with the package oh and check the notice to make sure they didn't take it to one of those drop off spots that's suppose to be closer to your residence

Youre supposed to scan every package at the door. So if you have a lot of deliveries on one street but you cant find one itd be very easy to forget youre missing that particular package while following your list of deliveries. If you believe the driver stole the package check your tracking. If it shows that it was delivered to you file a request/complaint.

Call the customer service number and tell them your address to get the tracking number or just go to the office with your I'D card
