I’ve heard from other professional drivers concerning poor service and bad attitudes towards driver. Then I experienced it even when trying to avoid it. This is one of the worst facilities to have to experience. Bad attitudes, bad communication, badly managed…BE CAUTIOUS!!!!

6/8 I pulled into driveway & went left. I pulled into the Scale line but had a helpful driver instruct me to pull to the right. The sign will say Non Scale check in, that's for dry vans. Park and walk over to the left side of the bldg to check in. I was given a gate pass and sent to Bldg 44. Easy back into dock and was allowed to sweep my trailer out. It passed inspection & I was loaded within 3 hrs. Guard that checked me in & out was nice and fast. I was worried based on the reviews but no complaints. I pull for a mega carrier so maybe that had something to do with the better experience, not sure. I didn't think to get pics until after I was long gone, sorry fellow drivers.

When i came on time there load wasn’t ready , When i got 15 minutes late they ask me to reschedule appointment..
