Kris was great to work with. I have a furnace that’s near the end of its life. Kris diagnosed and explained the issue clearly and reviewed with me different options to get my heater back up and running. He also explained to me my options of replacing my furnace since it’s nearly 25 years old already which I appreciated. He was respectful, cleaned up after himself, and communicated clearly.

I don't know. The estimate I received was a bulk estimate not stating oem original equipment replacement parts or aftermarket non oem parts. The one item your tech did put on the estimate was a new fan because he was unable to see or remove the perfectly good fan blade. Your estimate was a $1000.00 I purchased the new parts for $167.00 including delivery to my house. Time to replace the motor remove the fan blade and transfer to new motor was about 1 hour, the transformer replacement was less then 2 minutes and included in the $167.00 for parts. The answer to your qustion are they reasonably priced would be subjective?

I am a customer but I bought my Lennox through Costco in Mettawa. I think they are a Lennox dealer. Comfort masters installed it and I still call them for preventive maintenance.
