Like that this office answered the phone last March and was able to steer me in the right direction. And more recently, I left an voicemail and sent and email and got responses quickly. The Excel, Word and PowerPoint workshops are spot on. You never need to worry about what you look like as the video feed isn’t up and the focus is on the presentation. And the workshops are super helpful and filled with loads of information that could help anyone needing some personal guidance these days. Bonus opportunity to volunteer and learn some new skills for virtual presentations. I wish the monthly relaxing de-stess workshop would happen more often and that the slides in the presentation were available with a worksheet to follow along. All in all, they are doing great for a place that has so many government office jobs in one place. It is a one stop shop to sign up for WIOA too.
