The nicest service in any UPS store I’ve ever visited. Helpful, polite, human, knowledgeable. Most of these place are just grim (see USPS on Neapolitan Way for stark contrast) but this store is genuinely pleasant. Well done!

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! I have been using UPS for sometime and this is the worst store they could possibly have. I sent a package and was given two options , a cheaper option and a lot more expensive option, so i opted for a cheaper option. Little did i know that they were not going to handle the package themselves for the cheaper option. The agent that helped me that day(who’s allegedly the owner, as per manager) told me they would be handling the package and then when it gets to the destination, the local postal office would then take it from there. Long story short, the package did not get to the destination, i called the store and i was told it was returned to sender. The agent didn’t confirm my address so it was sent to the wrong address (my previous address). Went back to the store and i was told i confirmed the address which I didn’t, i was only asked to confirm the destination address, luckily my previous address was a hotel so i found the package. Now i asked for the refund and the manager told me he would reach out to me after ten days after contacting “usps” because they are the ones that handled the package. I paid $160 for the package and to be told , we don’t know why your package was not delivered and there is nothing we can do because you chose the cheaper option is not good enough. I then had to call back the manager after a month since I shipped my package trying to follow up, since he said he would give me a call and didn’t. A lady by the name of EUNICE rudely told me that she was not going to have the conversation with me because i was already told i am not getting a refund. I asked to speak to a manager, his name is FRED, all he did was just apologise for not calling me back and still told me there’s nothing he can do , i chose the cheap option. I find it very rude to be given options and when you pick a cheaper option, you are basically being called cheap. The manager told me i could “speak to the owner VICK PATEL who is not going to be as nice as they have been” so i guess they get such liberty to speak to customers as they wish from the owner. UPS needs to do something about this store as the staff here is not representing UPS well.

RUDE! This review is long overdue. I HAD been going to this location for a long time until I could no longer tolerate the rudeness and unfriendliness. Half of the staff (specifically the younger guys) were usually friendly and cordial. However, the older staff (1 woman and 2 men) were completely the opposite and I usually get stuck dealing with them. Needless to say, I NO longer use that location. They should be reminded that they are in customer-oriented business and friendliness goes a long way.
