I shop here >5x/wk so if anyone can give 5 stars to this Family Dollar, it's me. The store is well stocked and maintained and the staff are generally courteous. I appreciated that they didn't make a big fuss when I needed to return a pair of sunglasses today (that my mom didn't like) even though I had already thrown out the price tag. Will be back soon, of course! 😉

Horrible customer service They never have bathroom for clients. Dirty and disorganized. Maybe the manager does not have time to clean up since the employees do not? What they do is waste time having love between them.

I don't know why it's like that now. When it first opened, clients were able to use the bathroom and it was clean now like you said the bathrooms aren't available for clients and the service is bad like your done and the cashier isn't even there. Through time the people that work there became lazy.

Is family Dollar going to be open Christmas Eve till what .
