A surprise Father's Day! Thank you to my wonderful hubby who wanted to check out this place. We love the owl the herons and the flamingos. You have to be careful of birds on the street drive carefully

Very quaint park. Has great sunset views, it’s relaxing and benches are available along path surrounding the lake. I was jealous of a lady that set up her hammock in between two trees and was reading a book, it was a great idea that I hope to make mine as well :)

In this park 34 years ago, I asked my wife to spend the rest of our lives together. There is a great little spot right by the water where they have this lovely Greek looking amphitheater that is a great backdrop for getting on one knee and popping the question. She said yes! Silly her!! Three kids, tons of adventure, and mostly good times, and here we are. If you're looking for "just the right spot", here it is... for proposals, bridal photos, or a quiet sandwich at lunch.

The Azalea Garden is a small but beautiful garden at the edge if a lake in an extremely nice neighborhood. There are plenty of tall trees and a fancy column structure/statue. This is a wonderful place to come to take photos (during my visit on a Sunday, there were at least two groups or people with professional photographers). Parking is free and is not too difficult to find. It is great to relax here or even for a quick 30 minute visit.

My Wife and I go there regularly and we've seen several families having picnics there and we've done the same. As long as it's not over the top and you clean up it shouldn't be a problem.

Yes. It's located on the southwest corner of the park.
8am to 7pm right now.
There are about 12 to 16 parking spaces...all are no charge. People stay 15 minutes to 1 hour typically so the parking spots open up within minutes if full. Admission is free. Parking is free.
No. The park is entirely free to enjoy.
I don't see that being a problem. I've seen people setting up hammocks between trees, etc. Just be mindful of very limited parking.
No really, I think Eola Park is a better option
If you contact the park and rent the space out for a certain time you could plan a event there.
Yes
No I did not see any but some might exist. You can put you chain around s small tree & lock it.
Yes you can
Just to be safe, there is a website on the Google listing that should answer any questions you may have.
