Monarch Jewelry is such a breath of fresh air. As soon as you walk in, you get the feel of professional and high quality meshed with family atmosphere. I really don't know how to explain it, but it is a much better feeling than the large corporate jewelry stores. They have a very nice store and the employees are extremely nice and helpful. Their jewelry is very nice and priced better than the big jewelry stores. They took my wedding ring and replaced a missing diamond. They also straightened the ring out and polished it. It was prettier than the day I bought it. Right now they are cleaning up my 1985 Gold Seiko watch. I cannot wait to see it.

Monarch Jewelry is conveniently located on Highway 436 in Winter Park. The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable and do not engage in high pressure. My pendulum of working with Monarch swings from as little as having a watch battery changed to having two diamond dinner rings re-designed for my daughters. I trust Monarch Jewelry completely and I cannot say enough good things about my experiences working with the incredible staff.

Hands down the best retail experience I have ever had! Two months ago, I set out to find someone who could mount a stone I had been carrying for years. The stone was given to me by a friend who told me to give it to someone special. The connection I had with the friend, who has since passed, made my connection to the stone, and the instructions, very seriously; and now having the most special person in my life, I knew it was time to do what I needed to do, get the stone mounted. I found Monarch on Google and reached out using their site. I was immediately contacted by someone who stated they can indeed do the work I need. After a few weeks, I finally took the time to go to the store and was met by the most friendly and knowledgeable staff person, Yvette and even though it was ten minutes to closing, she took her time to walk me through the process, answer every question I had, and showed me examples of what I could expect with the final product… I WAS SOLD. I was told the final product would take about a month to be completed; but to my surprise it was done in less than two weeks… and OMFG, what a beautiful piece it was. I recommend this store everyday and twice on Sunday for any and all jewelry needs. I am happy to have made a relationship with Monarch, and I look forward to getting all my jewelry needs met by them.

Couldn't possibly have had a better experience. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all. Their pricing is great and very transparent. We ended up deciding to have a custom ring created, the design process was smooth and the designer (Dan) was extremely patient and accommodating. They never made me feel bad about asking for revisions and it was a very enjoyable experience. Once completed the ring was perfect. My wife loved it and it turned out exactly like we hoped. I would 100% recommend this jeweler to anyone.
