There is no one here for drivers between 11:00am and 3:30pm. So why did they schedule me for a drop and hook at 2:15? They left me waiting outside in the rain, calling three different numbers and banging on the door. Finally someone let me in, but then I waited for a half an hour until someone who could check me in arrived. Not your best moment, Amazon.

Every time I try applying at the west Chicago Amazon warehouse It always gives me options to apply at other places but never west Chicago and every other option is too far for me. How can I apply at the location I want to go to?

So calling the station won't help at all. 1 (888) 280-4331 call amazon support and report the package as stolen and refer that maybe the delivery driver??? Stole it. If you have proof that they did please use that.
