They left my garbage bag and missed it. Was left sitting on curb. Called them and the lady said she put in a ticket service request and they will be back after 6:30 to pick up and if not by 6.30 am for sure. Morning came no pick up. Called again and a guy said he sees the ticket service request and should not be too much longer. Called at 1pm stating bag still out there and the lady said same as others. I told her to please check and ask for a time. She comes back and says they wont pick up and have to wait until next scheduled garbage pickup. Wish they were on the same page with the rules and regulations so I did not have to call them 3 times and leave my garbage bag out there for over 24 hours longer.

Hi Devin, thank you for your question. LRS can accept sharps as long as they are properly disposed. This means they are on top of the refuse bin in a hard shell plastic container. We recommend using those sharps disposal boxes or even a plastic laundry detergent bin or milk carton as long as it is plastic and with a cap and clearly labeled “sharps” and on top of the bin.

Hi Maria, thank you for your question! Yes, we do take construction debris at our West Chicago facility. There is a $78.00 per ton charge with a one ton minimum. If you go to facility, you must wear protective PPE gear when entering and unloading your materials (hardhat, glasses, safety vest). If you do not have your own PPE, you can buy it at our facility for $10.00. Thank you!
