I will testify against the Santa Clara Family Health Plan if you file a suit against them and quite possibly join you! They are bunch of irresponsible, uneducated and unprofessional, to the say least.

This Health Plan DENIES all services to keep people healthy and thriving. The state of CA. needs to investigate them! Seriously something wrong with the people behind this so called plan. Why deny necessary care to human beings and pose as a Health plan?

CalMediConnect is a great plan. I used to have Santa Clara Family Health Plan for Medi-Cal only for the longest time, and now I have my Medicare with Santa Clara Family Health Plan. I love my doctors at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. I get courtesy and respect from the representives. and I get the greatest benefits.

I was told by my physician to visit a lab and get blood work done which would be covered by Santa Clara Family Health Plan. A few months after I received my test results, I received a bill from a Credit Collections Agency stating that Santa Clara Family Health Plan didn't pay the bill which I am now responsible for! I've been passed around to different case workers for over 6 months during which I've called the insurance at least once a week and still don't have a response. My case number is SC245123 Incredibly frustrated at the customer service and stress that I've received so far!
