Lawn only, they have a Ravinia cup that is allowed in the pavilion but you have to buy it there.

If you're asking about a presale, see the website. That's the best way to do it. If your question is just asking if you can go to the venue and get them anytime before the show, it would depend on if it's sold out or not, but they do sell them at the venue, once they're opened for the season

You can get in the parking lot about 4pm,but can't get in until 5pm.Donors are allowed in at 430pm and general public at 5pm,i work security there for an outside contractor doing searches of patrons belongings,I'm usually at the north or east gate.

@the_Anita Baker concert it had been raining all day and was foggy and misty with light rain during the concert. People had those very oversized umbrellas. The pods look to be equivalent in size to [them]. They also used heavy painting tarp underneath blankets and sports wagons. Ravinia also has tables for rent. The key is to get there early to set-up if you want to see the overhead screen. Otherwise, you can still enjoy the company your with and listen to the music. We were dancing in the rain with strangers-other audience members. I have seen service dogs @ this venue but like Rebecca said you should call to be safe. Box office is open from Noon until 4pm daily unless there's a show then the box office is open the entirety of show.

They do in the dining pavilion marketplace. You have to ask a cashier and they will bring one out for you.

Concerts take place rain or shine. To check the National Weather Service forecast for the Ravinia area, visit crh.noaa.gov. Ravinia is an open-air venue that cannot guarantee refuge to patrons in the event of severe weather. Guests are asked to be aware of their surroundings. Ravinia may delay the start, interrupt or even cancel a concert if an emergency situation occurs. Updates will be provided when possible over the public-address system, by e-mail and on video kiosks located near the park entrances and restrooms. Refunds are not given due to bad weather unless a concert is cancelled in its entirety, with no replacement performance scheduled.
