Quality of work is good. Prices are reasonable and they’re cash only. That’s fine for a business to choose, but they don’t communicate that until your car is inside and you’re forced to use their ATM for a fee. It would be easy enough to put a “Cash only” sign outside the business, where it’s not unusual to wait 20-30 minutes to get inside, at which point staff immediately start washing your car. Instead, the first “cash only” sign is at the entrance to the waiting room. By the time you see it, you’ve invested a lot of time and you’re stuck in the process. The ATM inside of course charges a fee. The whole thing feels kind of slimy given how easy it would be to notify people up front they need to come with cash.

Got here at 3:40 on a Sunday and was the last car in. The guys graciously let me in, with two cars in front being finished up. They were quick and thorough and the car looked great after. They dried it well so there weren’t spots or streaks, and managed to get the wheels sparkling. Total was $20 before tip. The guy running the shop said they usually close around 3-4 on Sundays when it’s slow, so keep that in mind.
