This place is trash, save yourself a trip here and go anywhere else possible. The employees are so untrained and rude. Hire new people to run this place bc the ones here are horrible.

My Tesla Model Y stopped moving in the middle of the car wash. The car behind me was still moving and going to hit me. We were both honking frantically and finally the manager came out screaming at me. I was stuck even on drive so had to drive fast and hard on the track to get out of there. It was a nightmare. The guy behind me lost a license plate with all the start and stopping. The person directing me onto the track was new (I used to go here once a week and haven't seen him) and seemed unsure (kept saying stop, turn the wheel right and even as I started going he quickly said turn the wheel right). So I was never on the track right and with as heavy as a Model Y is, it just stopped. As everyone else here has said, their tactic is to blame the customer. Dave the manager came out screaming in the wash and when I talked to him he continued his berating. Said I put it in reverse (though I never went backward) and had "video" but conveniently couldn't show me. Didn't even refund me (and I had several washes better than the basic) and I didn't get the wash. NEVER Again. Go elsewhere before your car gets damaged and they blame you.
