Fantastic job. They really listen to your requests and are caring. My girl looked beautiful. Just an FYI, There are many personal PETS roaming free in shop, they are well behaved. If your pet is not good with other animals, be careful here. Great environment. Single groomer in a very busy shop, make an appointment for best outcome.

Horrible, Rude, disgusting customer service. The work is not that great either but it’s the way the people who work there that makes this place completely un- recommendable. There are plenty of places to take your dog to get groomed. Don’t pick this place.

Posting for a friend: She went to take 3 dogs to get groomed she asked for a trim and a good bathe. When she left she specifically asked them to not shave the dogs. As she got home she decided to call them and remind them to NOT SHAVE THE DOGS! The person on the phone was very rude. She called back at 4 asking about what time the dogs will be ready and he said 4:30 so she went down there to get them and 1 dog the border collie didn’t even get a trim. And the other 2 dogs that were Australian shepherds that WERE NOT suppose to be shaved they SHAVED them… when they were confronted they were very unprofessional and they said the dogs were not shaved when they are shaved all the way down.. and one Aussie has a cut on his back foot too.. definitely won’t be back and we highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.
