I had an issue where my Sewer Line needed to be replaced, I called 12 different companies locally and Nick from Home Appliance was able to come out and give me an estimate within days. The other (only 3 of them) companies took over 8 days to respond to me, and even then were very high on their estimates. Nick was very professional and realistic on the project. Nick and Jesus M. were AMAZING, they not only went above and beyond on the Quality of the work, but even took to the time to make sure everything was cleaned up and put back together after replacing the Sewer Line and drains!! I have never had such GREAT Customer Service like this before! And to top it off, Home Appliance and Nick even stood by their estimate, which most contractors would not have done!!! Home Appliance has earned a Customer for Life and Recommend them to anyone!!!

Came out to house for an AC quote. Took measurements, walked around the attic, and was told that he would follow up with me. I guess this was too intimidating for them because I never heard back. Go with a better company that won't waste your time.

They were very helpful. Came promptly when called. Car would not charge, so towed it for me, to the shop. Very reasonably priced.
