I currently use this service for my restaurant business. They are horrible. They delay pickups and then delay them more even after you call and tell them the dump is overflowing. I have made 3 calls today without a resolution as to why they are running 2 days late on a dumpster pickup. They also auto renew contracts and found the rates. You can never get in touch with the salesman that you purchased the service from because the turnover is terrible. Stay away from this business.

Very undepependable twice now they have missed my garbage I have called in to report and reschedule and still nothing this is 3 times in a row .. very poor service makes me want a refund and pursue another company... seems like this is a normal thing with this company to take our money and not do what was agreed upon... very bad business and we will not accept it.. maybe the republic company needs to compensate us customers that have been left hanging if not I will be canceling and using another trash service.
