I'm not sure about all the bad reviews here, but these guys were EXTREMELY helpful to me and I'm not even their customer! I missed my own trash service the day before (which has been just fine- it was obviously my fault) and I tried to get ahold of my service all day to see if they might be able to do an extra pick up for a fee. A Garretson Trash truck came down my street toward the end of the day, I flagged them down and asked if it might be possible if I could pay some amount for them to pick up my trash for the day (it was bountifully overflowing it's can...). They took one look and said "Absolutely!" The truck backed up, they threw all my stuff in and said they'd just do it for free, but I could call the number on the side of the truck for service if I wanted to. SUPER nice humans and seriously helpful! I've left a message with their service and hopefully they can call me back and I'll square it away with them. If I had any trouble with my own trash service (which I haven't) I would definitely give these guys a call in the future!

Im not sure why but they pick up my trash almost bi weekly sometimes, I often come home to find my trash forgotten and it piles up by my mail box making my yard an eyesore, I'm somewhat critical of a person but I came back from Texas to see my dumpster still full and I have too hold trash in my garage until they pick it up. Im noticing my neighbors switching service and im getting really close to doing the same, inconsistency drives me crazy, if I'm paying for something I feel they should hold up their end too. Im sure they wouldn't like it if I only payed them when it was convenient for me. I've had their service for 7 or 8 years and mostly they do alright.
