My street's recycling pickup was missed on our pickup date. I let Waste Connections know and the recycling was picked up the next business day. Thank you, Jamie Hodde, for putting in the work order to get this accomplished!

This company did not pick up trash or recycle the month of September. I had to call every other day to try and get it picked up. They kept saying you're on the schedule for tomorrow, tomorrow NEVER came until the firsts week of October. I will be looking for another trash company

If they miss a pick up I send them an email. I get an answer saying sorry and that they will get it the next day. This never happens. It’s three or four days later if at all. Then if they don’t pick it up they give us a credit that is no way the correct prorated amount

I can't say enough about the service we receive from Waste Connections-St Louis. The drivers are very professional and have gone out of their way to help us with multiple waste removal issues. They are friendly and go above and beyond what is required by their jobs removing our yard waste bags & bundles, recycling, and household trash, always leaving the pickup area completely cleaned up. We have also always received great service when calling or emailing questions or requests regarding our service. Prompt, professional, & friendly employees have always taken great care of us. If your service day is Wednesday, Thursday or Friday we will be delayed one day this week. So yes, we'll be working on 12/26 but will be picking up Wednesday stops. Thank you!
