Hi Laura, I also work at Headquarters Salon and Spa, Diane is awesome and she is my work neighbor. I have several clients with hypothyroidism and I myself just recently had surgery for hyperparathyroidism. When my hair was falling out I used Matrix Full Density shampoo and conditioner and my hair stopped falling out and started coming back stronger. We carry that at the salon. I'm sure that Diane would also be very happy to help you, she is an excellent stylist and so are all of the stylists at our salon. Best of luck to you, don't lose hope, with time your hair will return to normal!
