I ordered a pair of boots from Alfa Western wear, and upon trying them on I felt a sharp “stab” in my heel. Upon inspection, I noticed that a nail was sticking through the boot. I contacted customer service and they required me to pay for shipping back to fix. Why would I pay to ship these TWICE for an assembly error. I tried putting insoles in them, but they run pretty small and killed my feet. I threw them in the trash. I would recommend staying away from their boots. Spend the money and get a good pair. You get what you pay for, and in this case, it’s very true.
