Other days had been good steaks for lunch. Today my steak look like a new born butcher with little experience had cut this steak. The steak also had been way over cooked like it was intentionally burned, I thought it was a plate with beef jerky. As I said earlier other days had been great with how the steaks looked, cut, and cooked. I recommend to pay the extra dollar or 2 for T-Bone or Ribye. Atleast you will know what part of cow it's from. Also make sure you tell them how well done you want the steak unless you want beef jerky.
