After an already irritating experience of having no phone all day I went in there to get my phone fixed since I couldn’t get the answer of why it wasn’t working from Xfinity. I told this person the issue but instead he wanted to bring up something untrue that was already dismissed all I could do was laugh and ignore their employee. I went to Verizon to switch and Verizon told me the real issue and the “fix” was pointless seeing as pretty much everyone on the treasure coast had no service. This store is not it for me neither are the online employee. This is probably the 6th time this year my line has gone all the way out.

ARMON (sales rep) and assistant manager Caroline, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! ! I have never had to interact with such bad employees!! Armon, should be fired immediately and Caroline the Assistant manager truly needs to take some sort of class teaching her how to be an assistant manager/leader, period!! Armon is DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, and acts like he’s on the street corner hanging out instead of being in a work place. He truly is horrible representative of Comcast!! He mocked, rolled his eyes at me, told the assistant manager flat out “NO” when she told him to finally walk away after I had, had enough with his trashy attitude!! This store needs nee employees that are actually worth the paycheck they receive!! If it weren’t for Jeandy the new in store manager and Tre, i would have not even given this store one star!!! If there is any other xfinity store accessible to you, GO THERE!!!

It is really an impressive store, state of the art layout, appearance, functionality, products, well-staffed!. Unfortunately, speaking of staff, I had an unpleasant experience with a customer rep at the front of the store 10/5/22. She was really rude to me in front of other customers and at least 3 staff. I know it is hard to find good employees, and I know employees are not perfect, and in some cases have legitimate grievances socially. So, I don't want to cost anyone their job, I just wish the management would help their employees keep their jobs by instructing them to leave their prejudices at home before someone really gets angry.

Outright theft. My elderly parents paid for an expensive installation. The tech changed the router admin password and security questions so you can't log into the router. This means we cannot change the factory password to something easy to remember. I'll fix it with a factory reset, but who does this? The network is too small for the home, so they sold them an extension that cost more than a modern mesh network.

Becuz.. they want to leave us open to being hacked for as long as possible. The more the general pop hacks us... the les we’ll notice who is REALLY at the root of our problems. Whoever that may be??
The location on 12th Street closed but and new and modern store opened near Target on Route 60. Great service now!
Check their website and try to narrow down a specific store. I can tell you last time I was in Vero the store did not take any direct calls. Any calls would be routed to Customer Service. Very frustrating they didn't have a direct line, I had to drive there every time I had questions.
