I had a wonderful experience with their service department recently. I had out of town guests when my golf cart broke down. Knowing I was in a bind, Jeff and his team picked my cart up the same day and had it running better than ever within 36 hours, and I was a first time customer. Cost was incredibly reasonable. VB Golf Carts will be my go-to for anything related to carts. My highest recommendation!!!!

We needed some repairs done on our golf cart and wanted to support this local business but after making an appointment to pick up our cart, they totally ghosted us. I called, left a voicemail, messaged them on Facebook, called several more times over the course of a few days - nothing. Very disappointing. We found another local golf cart repair place and have been treated very well.

People need to stop the craziness with the mask; however, this place is very sensitive if you are that type of person that is worried and needs to wear a mask. They have social distancing, and they're very professional and caring for your individual needs.
