I absolutely recommend this place for several reasons. To start, Keith is amazing and I highly recommend purchasing a car from him. He is upfront, informative, and honest about the car in which you are purchasing, the contracts you are signing, and has great recommendations for car insurance and financing options. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase a car I didn't like nor want. This was one of the most comfortable, easiest, and smoothest sales experiences I have ever had with purchasing a car. Also, shoutout to the service department and Craig. After I had bought the car I needed to replace the spark plugs and coils and they covered everything 100% free of charge. If there is an issue they will help solve it as soon as possible and it is honestly a relief knowing that both their sales and service departments are consistent with kindness and honesty.

This is the first auto repair service center I have ever used that has been consistently polite, efficient and trustworthy. I have taken my cars to them for a few years now and have been more than satisfied. I highly recommend them for any type of auto service. They answer the phone, return calls, and the car is ready when promised. I would encourage using them if you need auto services. 5 stars all the way!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize this company. I broke down 2 hours from my home and wasn't familiar with any repair centers. The tow truck driver recommended Mazarella's. I'm so glad he did. Chris was thorough and did his due diligence. I'm getting my engine replaced and at no cost. What was a start to a traumatic experience, ended up working out at the end.
