Giving 5 stars bc Rachel was absolutely amazing! Would have given much less if it wasn't for Rachel. She said hello to me and my daughter when she saw us (she was the 3rd person we came into contact with after we walked in) and then proceeded to help us with finding the rights shoes, leotard and leggings. She talked to my daughter who is 4 and made sure she felt comfortable in her shoes. The lady at the registered when we walked in looked like she was so annoyed we were even there, looked at us coming in and didn't say a word. The other lady working was doing something with the shoes and again she also looked annoyed and didn't even bother saying hello, can I help you with anything etc. even though it was obvious we were looking at the shoes. Rachel is your star employee. After spending $100 it makes a customer want to come back and spend more when you meet someone like Rachel.

Rude staff, crowded, long lines and the woman had the audacity to try and yell at my child. What a horrible place. You can’t tell who works there either, no name tag or uniform.
