Mike Fitzgerald and his team at Hoffman Toyota were a pleasure to work with. Their dedication to quickly resolving a very unique and very frustrating problem I was having with the Bluetooth/phone in my 2019 Highlander was amazing. The issue is now resolved and, thankfully, covered under warranty as well! It was refreshing to work with such a friendly and professional team.

Hoffman Toyota has great safety practices in place! They enforce mask wearing, they ask questions concerning being exposed to anyone who's had covid and practice social distancing! Great service department! Highly recommended!!
