I received a poinsettia that was dead on one side. When I called to ask for a replacement or money back, they gave me another number to call….I never got anyone to help me on that call. I called the florist back and they said they would send another poinsettia . I received a 12” plant on Monday to replace what was supposed to be a beautiful, large poinsettia. So my sister in law paid $70 for a 12” poinsettia, which was a gift to me. Bad customer service!!
