I went into Dr. Forest's office with chronic GERD, sporadic sleep apnea that woke me up gasping for breath, a chronically stiff neck, low back pain and a dysregulated nervous system. After working with Dr. Forest for almost 3 months, I can say that the GERD is 99% resolved. The upper cervical adjustments alleviated that within a few weeks and I haven't had any episodes of sleep apnea since I started the treatment. Dr Forest has made a lifechanging differences for my health. I have seen many chiropractors, but he has helped all of my quirky pains to go away. I used to have neck, shoulder, knee, and ankle pain. As someone who loves playing in the outdoors it was always a pain to have to plan around those. Now they are nonexistent. He also helped me have a way more comfortable pregnancy and post-partum.
