Absolutely horrible. Complete trash. Delivered to the wrong address when all they had to do was ask the front desk that they had to walk by. Also the automated system is the most aggravating worth system ever. Ive waited days for a call back. Ever dam day I ask for one.

I have been coming here for almost 20 years and the front line these days is as good as it has ever been… friendly and courteous. We need to remember just because our letter didn’t make it in the first four days to Alaska that it isn’t the fault of the front line here in our hometown… these guys really do all they can to help. Shouldn't be an issue. I'd go into your local USPS and ask them if they don't answer on the GMB.
Go to usps.com and follow the instructions for tracking a package. That is assuming you have a tracking number. https://m.usps.com/m/TrackConfirmAction
I would catch them personally and ask them to please 5ake note of your sign. I have worked as a letter carrier and in the hustle of making our time we don't always see these. Especially if you are noticing that it is not your regular but a sub instead. Let your regular mail man know and I bet they will make sure yo let the subs know :) I hope this helps a little

The carriers usually start delivering around 9. It just depends on where you live on their route.
Most people fill out the vacation hold form inside the post office. But you can call the post office and request a vacation hold that way also.
The key might fit in multiple boxes but only actually open one. Make sure it’s in the right one (they usuall label the keys).
