Disappointed with my spray tan here. I got a Versa Spray tan and did everything right to prep by shaving and exfoliating 24 hours before, no lotion etc. I used to work at a tanning salon so I am very familiar with spray tans and Versa. When I finished my spray tan, I looked very freckled and there were lots of dark dots in my spray tan. From my experience, it seemed like the nozzles were dirty because I had never experienced that before. I showed the girl at the front desk and she said Versa was always like that and that it would go away. Well it didn’t. I was left with speckles all over my arms face and legs that never went away after I washed the tan off and I looked ridiculous. They should have admitted the nozzles were clogged/dirty. Very disappointed.

I was a Diamond (most expensive package) customer for over 2 years. I saw their advertisement in the facility for $10 off for life for the Diamond package. They told me the offer was only available to new or upgrading customers. I emailed the billing department to ask to make an exception for a long term loyal customer & they told me the same thing. Goodbye.
