I loved Pizza Hut as a kid. Every birthday was spent eating there. It’s definitely changed since the 90s. Experiences can very here from time to time. I usually do the online order thing as I like to get those reward points. They have forgotten my order once all together and ended up waiting another 30mins (pickup order). The manager didn’t say anything but the cook actually came over and admitted he had forgot. I normally like extra sauce on my pizza it’s rare that they actually put it on. I’ll also ask for extra Buffalo sauce on my wings. The last time they forgot and the lady laughed it off. (Most times if I don’t ask the wings have little to no sauce). In the end it’s a chain restaurant. Do I still get their food yes. Do I cross my fingers when I open the boxes? Also Yes 😂

Worst experience ever. My carryout order wasn't ready when I arrived. I was told it was coming (it was a large order) I noticed some of it sitting on the counter in an open box for 10 minutes. At that point one of them put some of it in a warming oven and I continued to wait. At 25 minutes past pickup time I asked another person about my order and she acted surprised and said oh here it is. I asked to speak with the manager, she said she was it and that any complaints I had have been heard and there was nothing she could or would do. It turned out I was also missing one of my pizzas, so I was out $15. I sent a complaint to corporate and 3 days later they responded that they were sorry and that they could give me a couple of discount coupons.....sorry but no, I will never give this company money again.

Placed an order took about an hour for us to get the food, we were missing items, called the store and they said they’d send them out like 40 minutes later called upset still waiting they sent out the item fresh with what we were missing and it wasn’t even cut. Absolutely ridiculous service 🙄

The cinnamon rolls were very doughy and should have been cooked better. It said it would take 24 to 34 mins and it took like 45 for me to get my food. The pizza had too much sauce on it and not enough cheese. The pizza was not cut very good, I had to cut it again or the pieces just ripped.
