It was 4 am, we were traveling and decided we needed to stop for a rest. Called, we were told 'check out is in a few hours what's the point?' Point is, we're tired. The individual whom answered advised us to book online. I can't. It doesn't give me the option for right now. Only check in at 3pm current day. He tells me he can check us in when we get there but book online. Done. He tells me check out is noon, the sign on the wall says noon; WRONG. 11am they call to remind us to get out. This is only AFTER the housekeeping staff ENTERED our room without knocking at 8:17am. The towels were stained. Not little stains. Huge, noticeable stains. The bathtub still had hair in it, and the beds, oh the beds. WE FOUND UNDERWEAR IN THE BED. UNDERWEAR. This 'hotel,' should you call it such, is disgusting. The only nice thing about the hotel is the fact that the way the individual had us book, I was able to 'cancel' our Reservation arriving 'that evening'.. so heads up, the way the staff is advising of such, gives people free stays.

Positive: The pool seems to be a salt water type if it was usable. Is in the middle of a renovation. Negative: Hotel is dirty and unkempt. The lobby was dirty. The parking lot and landscaping have garbage strewn about. The room was not well cleaned with the base of the toilet around floor showing dried urine. Breakfast area was unsanitary. Will not return

Everything was great except for the bed. My husband and I had stayed here before and didn't have any issues but this particular time the bed was rock hard! It was like sleeping on concrete so needless to say we were really hurting the next day. Otherwise we think that the place is really nice! It's really clean, affordable, people who work there are very nice. So basically one time we stayed there the bed was fine, and a different time we stayed it was the opposite.

+ This hotel is a nice hotel overall if you are only going to stay for a couple of days. If it’s more than that I would recommend staying at a different hotel. - The remote for the tv didn’t really work. The water pressure for the shower was terrible and the shower wasn’t clean. The beds were too firm some people like firm beds I don’t. We did hear at breakfast more than one person complain about the beds. For breakfast all they had for the hot part was waffles and biscuits with sausage gravy nothing and it was the same thing the next day. You also had to toast the biscuits for breakfast bc they did not keep them warm. They did have some fruit, yogurt, muffins, toast, bagels.
