I booked here because it had a pool and the pool was broken and closed. There were ants in the bed, closest to the windows and our cup was full of ants in the morning. The manager and staff were awesome and so nice. The company needs to make improvements.

We were traveling for a tournament at the Delaware Turf. The hotel was in good proximity of the fields. When traveling for a tournament we always pick a hotel based on if breakfast is included/available, since there are early games. Unfortunately, breakfast was not served on time, since the breakfast staff hadn't arrived. We were told they were "running late", which is completely unacceptable when you are paying for an included breakfast. Since we couldn't wait around for the staff to arrive, we didn't receive a hot breakfast as promised.

Great hotel, and a great location, rooms are very clean. But I was charged twice for my room. Front desk agent was very rude when I checked in and I ask for a receipt stating that there was a $75 deposit fee. She stated that I would get my receipt when I check out. But when I woke up my receipt was under the door. with only the charge of the room without the deposit. I’ll check my bank statement later on in the day and they still charged me for the deposit as well as charging me for an extra day. I had to call my bank and three-way a call for them to refund me back my money. It was very inconvenient because the money they took out my account was for my gas for me to get back home out of state in South Carolina.Also check to make sure they refund you back your deposit because the last time I stayed I truly feel like my deposit was never refunded back. But I never followed up on it. But after what happened today I’m pretty sure I lost $75 that I do not have the energy to argue for back

The room is nice and clean. However you hear ever possible noise (traffic, carts I'm assuming from outside services, doors closing), the breakfast is not worth it, there was 1 kind of bagel, 1 kind of cereal, and 1 kind of a muffin- minimal to no choices.
