One plus was that we were able to check in early and the staff have been pleasant. But on the negative side, two days in a row we asked early in the morning to have our room cleaned and both days when arriving back to our room in the late afternoon the room had not been touched. On the first day someone came to the room after we complained and did the bare minimum. They removed the dirty towels and trash. We had to go the desk to ask for towels. On the second day once again the room was not cleaned so we just placed our dirty towels and trash in the hall. And again had to get more towels. The sliding bathroom door is so heavy we could barely close and open it .

We had a double Queen bed room. Tv with cable, WiFi, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and hair dryer included. Decent space not too small. The room could’ve been cleaner though. There was a gross white substance on the base of the bedside lamp and table that I had to clean off. (Don’t even want to think about what it was🤢) but we were only going to be there for the night so I didn’t bother complaining. The free continental breakfast was terrible, we just ate when we left. The room rates were ok and the beds were comfortable. The place was ok for a short stay and the staff was pleasant.

Great breakfast choices at this location! The scrambled eggs actually tasted fresh as well as did the pastry. My husband loved the waffles And topping choices!

Safe & Sound

I had the time of my life here this weekend 🥳 Tyra at the front desk was the most professional, caring, kind, friendly and welcoming as you will ever experience. The house keepers, house men, kitchen staff & the older gentleman at night securing the lobby were all outstanding as well. The hotel is clean & the rooms too, I booked 2 & they were definitely on point. 🙌 Great job everyone & I am definitely going back 🙏
