These guys were great. Allowing us to get into our room a bit early when we unexpectedly arrived earlier, clean rooms and a comfortable stay. The only issue was on our end with leaving a toiletries bag behind. Russell and the hotel manager (can't remember his name) have been super helpful in tracking down the lost item and being willing to ship it back to us. This is saving me a few hundred dollars on my sons dental retainers that were left behind. We'll definitely stay again next time we're out for a lacrosse tournament.

I only gave 3 stars because the guy at the front desk is attentive and polite. The room smells musty and reeks of cigarette smoke. I had to take my car air freshener in the room and even that didn’t help mask the stench. Not cool, red roof, not cool at all

Positive: Great location, good breakfast, free parking, and pet-friendly (one pet per room, though). This hotel was more affordable compared to other hotels in the area. Negative: One room had an odd smell, the AC had dust collected on it, and our sheets had some blue stains; the room felt dirty. The amount of towels was minimal compared to other hotels. Overall, the whole hotel looked old and not well maintained.

Positive: I'll definitely stay here again. Price and location were good. Staff was welcoming during check-in and check-out. Room was clean, comfortable and had working tv, fridge, plentiful towels, free wi-fi, etc. No noise from other tenants and I felt safe. Negative: No continental breakfast, but that's due to the Covid pandemic. I assume breakfast will resume once the pandemic ends.
