This is mine and my husband’s favorite Jet’s Pizza location. The staff is so good to us here, not to mention the pizza and deli boats are always made to perfection. Take out and delivery - either one you choose, they will get it right. We started coming here with a “welcome to the neighborhood” certificate and we haven’t tried another pizza location since. Because, why bother when this place never disappoints.

Disasters app and website. Spent 40min to get the order to process to no avail! Store was no help. Jets, since you are not ready for the app-web services, don't advertise for it unless you are ready! Customers time is just as valuable especially when hungry. Tough trade as it is!

Ordered from this Jet's on Superbowl Sunday, ordered my pizza online and scheduled pickup for 2 hours later. I understand that this day is a really busy day to run a pizza place. But that doesn't cover up the fact that this place is run so poorly and is unorganized. And on top of waiting almost 1.5 hours for my pizza they woman at the counter was rude and unprofessional. If i order online and pay online, my pizza should be ready within a reasonable time frame from the requested time. You shouldn't wait til i check in to cook my order. Will never order from this jet's again.
