Unprofessional customer services by the front desk. I found dirty and unwashed glass and mirror on the passenger side of the vehicle which make me driving difficult especially changing the lanes.

I received the phone call hours after I dropped off my equipment. The store I dropped it off at called me 3 hours later grilling me about where their truck is because they forgot to check it in. Very unprofessional staff. I will think twice before using U-Haul of mid city again.

It's called Uhaul for a reason...Every time I have ever been there, they have been nothing but polite and helpful! I suppose they could have helped me move if I asked and payed for helpers?! 🤷🏻♂️🤦♂️
Go ahead and rent a truck. Trucks do have a 2 inch ball and some have receivers to put your hitch in if needed.
